Terms of Use

CursorPack lets you generate, preview, and download custom mouse cursor packs, and browse a library of ready-made packs. Free features are provided as-is, without warranty.

• Only upload images you have the right to use. You keep ownership of what you upload; you grant us the processing rights needed to generate your cursors.
• Cursor packs you generate are for your personal use. Don't use the generator to create hateful, sexual, or illegal content — automated filters and rate limits apply.
• Generated packs stay private to you and are never published to the library without explicit admin curation.

Library packs are AI-generated or curated artwork. If you believe a pack infringes your rights (copyright, trademark, or likeness), report it via the contact form with the pack link and the basis of your claim. We review every report and will remove infringing content promptly — reported packs can be unpublished while under review.

• Daily generation limits apply and may change. Circumventing limits, scraping, or bulk-downloading the library is not allowed.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves (e.g., when paid plans launch). Material changes will be noted on this page.
