Terms of Use

CursorPack lets you generate, preview, and download custom mouse cursor packs, and browse a library of ready-made packs. Free features are provided as-is, without warranty.

Uploading an image for a basic (non-AI) cursor pack is free to generate and free to download, with animation included. Basic uploads never use AI generation.

Every verified account gets a fixed, one-time AI trial: one Quick Pack preview in Image + Instructions, one Quick Pack preview in Create with AI, and one full Creative Pack preview using either method. Trial results can be fully previewed, but their download stays locked until you start a paid session or subscribe. Trial entitlements are not exchangeable for repeated generations and do not carry a cash value.

• A purchased session includes a fixed number of AI generation attempts (currently 3) and one final ZIP download for your chosen result, with animation included.
• A session covers one creation method, one pack mode, and one source image or prompt concept. Switching method, pack mode, or replacing the source image starts a new session; editing your prompt or instructions for another attempt within the same method and mode does not.
• Additional attempts beyond the included allowance can be purchased individually inside an active session, without repurchasing the full session.
• A technical failure (the AI service not responding, a crash, or no usable result) never consumes an attempt — it is automatically restored.

• Plus and Pro subscriptions grant monthly AI credits, spent per generation attempt. Downloads of packs generated with subscription credits are included at no extra charge.
• Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• A technical failure automatically refunds the credits charged for that attempt. A reroll or regeneration you request costs the normal credits for a new attempt.
• Packs you have already purchased or downloaded remain available to you after a subscription is cancelled.

Refunds are available for duplicate payments, technical failure or an unusable pack. A working digital pack is not refundable after it has been successfully downloaded.

Packs you generate or purchase may be used for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the generated ZIP itself as a standalone downloadable product.

• Only upload images you have the right to use, and you are responsible for any trademarks or third-party rights in what you upload. You keep ownership of what you upload; you grant us the processing rights needed to generate your cursors.
• Cursor packs you generate are for your personal use. Don't use the generator to create hateful, sexual, or illegal content — automated filters and rate limits apply.
• Generated packs stay private to you and are never published to the library without explicit admin curation.

Library packs are AI-generated or curated artwork. If you believe a pack infringes your rights (copyright, trademark, or likeness), report it via the contact form with the pack link and the basis of your claim. We review every report and will remove infringing content promptly — reported packs can be unpublished while under review.

• Daily generation limits apply and may change. Circumventing limits, scraping, or bulk-downloading the library is not allowed.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page.
