Refund Policy

• Refundable for a duplicate or accidental charge.
• Refundable if a technical failure prevented you from getting a usable result — though in most cases this restores your attempt automatically rather than requiring a refund at all.
• Not refundable once your final pack has been successfully downloaded — at that point the digital product has been delivered.

Same terms as the session they belong to: refundable for a duplicate charge or a technical failure, not refundable once used to produce a downloaded pack.

• Cancel anytime from your account — no cancellation fee.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• We don't offer partial-month or partial-cycle refunds for unused time.
• Monthly AI credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over, so unused credits from a prior month aren't refundable either.
• Packs you've already purchased or downloaded remain yours after you cancel.

If generation fails outright — the AI service doesn't respond, the process crashes, or no usable result comes back — the attempt or credits charged for it are restored automatically. You are not charged for a failure, and in the ordinary case there is nothing to refund because nothing was actually consumed.
